What is a DOTM file?
The DOTM format is a Microsoft Word Open XML Macro-Enabled Template introduced with Microsoft Office 2007. How to open a DOTM file
Microsoft Word (2007 and later) is the primary software for opening and executing macros within DOTM files. On macOS, Microsoft Word for Mac provides equivalent functionality.
