What is an RTF file?
The Rich Text Format (RTF) is a proprietary document file format with published specifications developed by Microsoft Corporation in 1987 for cross-platform document interchange. What is a PDB file?

Note that PDB is also an extension for 'Program Database' debug files in Visual Studio; these are binary disparate and require Microsoft development tools, not eBook readers.
