The format supports copy protection via the Content Scramble System (CSS) and functions as the core delivery mechanism for standard-definition digital video on optical discs.
How to open a VOB file
VOB files are natively supported by standalone DVD players and computer software designed for DVD playback, such as CyberLink PowerDVD.
